The Story of Ludwig
The North Ocean Principality was established to strengthen the frontiers and resist the invasion of Northern Tribes.
In the Principality year 103, the Northern Tribes came again. At that time, a young general named Ludwig took up the Frostwolf Sword, a sword representing the supreme power of the Principality.
He led troops to cut the enemy's supply lines and recapture several key strongholds. Ludwig also reversed the long-standing defensive strategy and launched a war on Northern Tribes, known as the Northland War. With years of combat experience and knowledge of the Northern Tribes, Ludwig led the army to penetrate deeply into the Northern Tribes, destroying their court, and killing and capturing countless tribal soldiers. The Northern Tribes are no longer able to invade the South.
Ludwig the North Frostwolf successfully defended the frontiers of the empire with his great military ability and became a role model for all imperial soldiers.
The Special Skill of Ludwig
North Frostwolf – Increases ground troops' attacks by 15% while the General is leading the army to attack. Increases ground troops' attack, defense, and HP by 25% when the General brings any dragon to attack.
Ludwig is an awakened General in Evony, so the stars of his Special Skill will be added by General Ascending, and each star has a new skill. The details can be followed in the picture below.

How to get Ludwig
Ludwig was released at Evony's 6th Anniversary Celebration Event on December 1st, 2022. During the event from December 1st to 13th, 2022, players have a higher chance of getting Ludwig from the 5th package tier. And the 5th package tier of the Anniversary Celebration Package also includes Barbarian King's Token, Dragon Crystals, Badges, and Lv7 Premium Gear Chest (Globus Cruciger).
We speculate that later 5th-tier packages will still have a chance to summon Ludwig, but probably at a reduced rate. And we look forward to seeing other ways to get Ludwig in the future.
