The General Story of Stephen the Great
In the frosty valleys of Vaslui in 1474, Prince Stephen of Moldavia, with his force of 40,000, lay hidden, waiting for the opportune moment. As the thick fog enveloped the landscape, they sprung their ambush on the 120,000-strong Ottoman army.
The Ottomans, confident in their numerical superiority, were taken aback by Stephen's exceptional tactical acumen. Under the cover of mist, Moldavian troops flooded the battlefield from all sides. Horns blared, signaling a fierce onslaught that made disjointed Ottoman factions believe they were facing the main Moldavian force, sowing fear before blades even clashed. With their spirits soaring high, the Moldavians quickly routed the Ottomans, establishing dominance across the front.
Leading from the front, Stephen personally led charge after charge, breaking through several major Ottoman legions. After four days of relentless battle, he secured a monumental victory. His role in world history was cemented, as future generations revered him as “Stephen the Great and Holy”. He stands as one of Romania's most illustrious national heroes.

The Way to Acquire Stephen the Great
You can claim General Stephen the Great at the King's Party event during Evony's Halloween Event when your party cake reaches level 10.
By the way, you can level up your party cake by purchasing the basic gems in the game.
As the latest Duty General, there is currently only this way to obtain this General. But we can boldly predict that we will most likely be able to obtain Stephen the Great in other ways of obtaining duty generals (such as Delphic Oracle and other events) in the future.
Although Stephen the Great fit to become a Research Factory Officer, but not without any conditions.
